From August 29 to September 4, 2026, the city of Spišská Nová Ves will become the center of world parachuting, hosting the 39th FAI World Championships. This is a grand event that will gather the elite parachutists from all over the world to compete in the oldest and most technically complex disciplines: accuracy landing and individual aerobatics.
The World Parachuting Championship is not just a sports competition, but a real festival for the whole family. Visitors can expect a rich program: exciting air shows, a comfortable spectator zone with the best view of the target area, an entertainment zone for children, various food courts with food and drinks, as well as musical evenings.
