Production Operator at Steep Plast factory, Nitra

The French company Steep Plast, specializing in manufacturing plastic components for Peugeot and Renault, is hiring production operators. Your duties will include removing components from the conveyor belt, packing parts into boxes, assembling plastic components, and optical inspection. The work takes place in a clean room, but there may be a plastic smell. The employer provides free accommodation in hostels, houses, or apartments with good conditions (3-4 people per room, married couples live together with 2 couples per room). The housing is equipped with everything necessary, including WI-FI and a refrigerator. Transportation to work from Nové Zámky (Nové Zámky) is provided free of charge. Meals are organized through vouchers worth 4.50€ per day, credited to a special card. Work schedule — 3 shifts of 8 hours, Monday to Friday. The average number of working hours per month is 170, without overtime. The average salary ranges from 1500 to 1800 euros per month. The base salary is 1550 euros, plus attendance bonuses (50€), a quarterly bonus (150€), and a bonus for meeting the norm (100€). An advance of 200 euros is given after two weeks of work.
