Customer Service Quality Engineer

Minebea AccessSolutions is a Japanese company that specializes in the development, production, and sale of components for the automotive industry. We are a global manufacturer of switches, control units, and locking systems. In Košice, we employ over 700 people at our plant for the production and development of locking mechanisms, ignition locks, and mechatronic handles. As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be the main contact person for customers regarding quality. Your task will be to ensure professional resolution of customer complaints, coordinate corrective actions, and actively contribute to improving the quality of our products. Resolving customer complaints and quality issues. Analyzing root causes and coordinating corrective actions. Collaborating with production, process, and development teams to eliminate the causes of problems. Communicating with customers and representing the company when resolving complaints. Tracking complaint trends and proposing preventive measures. Preparing reports, analyses, and documentation related to customer quality.
