Where can you go skating?
This season, Ukrainians in Bratislava can visit two main winter stadiums:
TIPOS Aréna – Ondrej Nepela Winter Stadium, located at 9 Odbojárov Street in the Nové Mesto district. Sessions are available here in both Training Hall A and the main ice arena.
Zimný štadión Harmincova (Harmincova Winter Stadium), located at 2 Harmincova Street in the Dúbravka district. This stadium is a popular choice for family outings.
Both stadiums offer convenient amenities for visitors, including locker rooms and snack bars serving drinks and light meals.

At Zimný štadión Harmincova:
October 3 (Saturday): 4:45 PM – 6:15 PM
October 17 (Saturday): 4:45 PM – 6:15 PM
October 18 (Sunday): 4:45 PM – 6:15 PM
October 31 (Saturday): 4:45 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
At the TIPOS Aréna – Ondrej Nepela Winter Stadium:
October 2 (Friday): 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Main Hall)
October 10 (Saturday): 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (Main Hall)
October 11 (Sunday): 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM (Hall A)
October 24 (Saturday): 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Hall A)
October 25 (Sunday): 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Hall A)
October 31 (Saturday): 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Main Hall)
Services and Prices
Both rinks offer additional services to make your skating experience more comfortable:
Skate rental: 6 € per pair, plus a 30 € refundable deposit. Skate sizes range from 25 to 49.
Helmet rental: 2 € per helmet.
Skate sharpening: 7 € per pair (also 7 € for new skates).
Skating aids: At TIPOS Aréna, special skating aids are available for the youngest visitors; the rental fee is 4 €. These aids are not available at Zimný štadión Harmincova.
Admission to a public skating session at both rinks costs 4 € per person.
How to get there and what to keep in mind?
Both rinks are conveniently located and accessible by public transportation (MHD). For those arriving by car, free parking is available near the Zimný štadión Harmincova. Near the TIPOS Aréna, you can use the underground parking garage for 2 € per hour.
