I am a fitness trainer and nutritionist with over 14 years of experience. I help women not just start training but get specific results: lose weight and inches, tone the body, become more energetic, and build habits that can be maintained long-term.
I conduct training online in Zoom (Zoom video conferencing platform) — individually and in mini-groups. Together we set a specific goal and work towards it: for example, minus 7–8 kg or noticeable reduction in measurements in 2–3 months. If the request is related to weight loss, we also work on nutrition upon request — without bans or exhausting diets.
You train from home and are not left alone: I see you during the training, correct your technique, adapt exercises for you, and help you move towards the result.
