Saturday evening on a Bratislava bike path was marked by a serious incident. Shortly before 8:00 p.m., the 158 emergency hotline dispatch center received a report of an unresponsive body found lying directly on the busy bike path.
The body, showing no signs of life, was found approximately one kilometer from a local snack bar in the direction of the Chunovo district. An ambulance crew was immediately dispatched to the scene. However, the emergency responders were unable to help the person, and the on-site doctor could only confirm the death.
According to preliminary information from the Regional Police Directorate in Bratislava, the examining physician and emergency responders, following an initial examination, have tentatively ruled out foul play.
